Albania and Montenegro
In June of 2026 I hiked a section of the Peaks of the Balkans trail, a multi-day hike which takes you through the alps of Albania, Montenegro and Kosovo. Either side of this hike I had a few days in the capital city of Albania, Tirana, as well as the Albanian city of Shkoder, and a Montenegrin town called Plav.
